My name is Sunok (Sue) Choe and I have been selling Rossmoor properties for the last 12 years. My experience selling homes in this unique community has enabled me to thoroughly understand all aspects of Rossmoor. This includes knowledge of all its neighborhoods, differences in the numerous models, and differences between condominiums and Co-ops from a purchase standpoint. I love meeting and working with people and always put their needs and priorities first. Part of my responsibility is to provide clients with the most current information on market conditions, its trends, comparative sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s rapidly-changing market. I believe that my experience and understanding of Rossmoor sales enables me to quickly identify properties that match my client’s needs and to expedite the process of selling/purchasing homes for them.
